On certain days we’ll have specific locations where you can paint, like the historic downtown, Les Bourgeois Winery, the river, etc.

The Awards Reception and Art Sale will be open to the public on Saturday night. If visitors throughout the weekend want to buy artwork they may do so but will have to wait to pick up work on Saturday evening. When you finish paintings, you may frame them and turn them in at Community Hall where they will be on display throughout the event. We appreciate you running all sales through the Columbia Art League - our commission is 35%.

The first two days of the Plein Air will be focused on the artists in attendance and we expect that some folks from the public will be interested in your work and your art. Saturday will be a fun day for the public to come and see what you’re working on. We will host a beginners plein air workshop on Saturday. More specifics to come about Saturday for the public.
