Executive Director, Kelsey Hammond
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Kelsey grew up in a very artistic family. She received her BA in Art History at UCLA and her MFA in Photography from The Academy of Art University. She has long worked in nonprofit arts organizations and was the director of the now closed Craft Studio at The University of Missouri. Kelsey is passionate about integrating art into our daily lives through making, looking, and appreciating.

Education + Outreach Director, Lindsay Picht
Lindsay Lennon Picht is an artist, art educator, and the current Education and Outreach Director at Columbia Art League. Throughout her life, drawing and painting have stayed constant means of expression, communication, and exploration for her, and she loves sharing this passion with others.
Financial Director, Janel DeArmond
Janel is originally from South Dakota and moved here about 20 years ago with her family. Janel’s part time work at CAL ensures that our financials are orderly and things behind the scenes are operating smoothly.
Operations Manager, Grace Bailey
Grace was born and raised in rural south-central Missouri, involved in the arts from an early age. She received her BS in Animal Science from the University of Missouri. Grace loves finding the art in the ordinary and helping others discover the art that speaks to them.
