The application fee is a non-refundable $25 to be paid online after completing the digital application. The application fee goes towards the cost of administrative processing and jurying, and the application will not be considered complete until the fee is paid.

Nov 1 & 2 - Fall into Art happens! -
All approved artists that exceed the booth maximum capacity of 95 will be placed on a wait list. If additional space becomes available, waitlisted artists will be contacted when a spot becomes available; and by September 9th to be alerted of their status. *Please keep in mind that when other accepted artists do not meet their payment deadline or voluntarily opt out of the show, the next waitlisted artist will be notified that day, and a show invitation will be extended to the next artist.

Mass produced items may be sold at Fall into Art; however, handmade items/vendors will be prioritized.
Fall into Art does not accept the following vendors:
Direct sales & multi level marketing
Wholesale distributors
Products with inappropriate messaging (profanity, divisive messaging, etc…)
Businesses with drug, alcohol sales, and or political affiliations
Businesses classified as cannibis dispensaries
Commercially manufactured lotions, soaps and products purchased in bulk and
resold as handmade. No made from franchised kit food product businesses. -
After applications close, artisan applications are juried anonymously by a panel of local individuals. Jurors are not in any way employed, contracted or internally associated with Fall into Art. All exhibitor applications remain anonymous to the jury, and jurors will only have access to the applicant’s uploaded images, which includes description and market price of the product.

Wyndham Executive Center has partnered with Fall into Art to offer a reduced rate for exhibitors.
Double Bed room - $129/night (good for Friday, Oct 31 and Saturday, Nov 1)

Please feel free to share with any of your fellow vendors or vendor communities. We have seen a reported increase of instances on Facebook and Instagram of people attempting to scam prospective vendors by purporting to be "selling" the vendor spaces.
In many of these cases, the scammer asks for payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or some other form of digital payment after filling out a Google or Jot Form. Please note that these people (i.e. the scammers) are not associated with Fall into Art in any way.
We never sell vendor spaces through social media direct messages or even text messages.
We only sell vendor spaces through our official website (columbiaartleague.org/fall-into-art).
