how membership supports local art
66% of our budget goes to programs and activities, which include: scholarship opportunities, a traveling Art Bus, and various outreach events.
The remaining 33% of our budget is utilized for operations. CAL employs 4 staff members, who organize kid + adult art classes; create teaching opportunities for local artists; provide a physical + virtual space for artists to share + sell work; coordinate events to promote a local arts community.
