Hand dyed rope with leather accent

I am a textile / multi-media artist living in Boone County on 3 acres.

In addition to making art quilts, I alter textiles by dyeing, painting, stamping, stitching, melting, cutting, or burning them and assembling the pieces to create something new and then embellishing the piece with shells, beads, leather, feathers, found objects or beach trash.
