Visual Mixtape - Virtual Gallery Show

Much like the music that makes up the soundtrack of our lives, the artists who have influenced us are part of our history. Our artistic lineage includes artists we react to, mimic, study, learn from, reject, understand, and converse with. Which artist has influenced you either in medium, subject, style, or practice? Make your artwork to reflect that influence.  Will we be able to spot the connection? 

The intention of this show is not to copy or remake a master artwork, but to show us the artist(s) who most influences your style in your own artwork.

Deadline to submit: April 21st, 11:59pm

All artists are welcome to submit work. Entry fee is $15. We will email you an invoice to pay after we receive your submission; we appreciate your prompt payment.

All media welcome. This is a juried show.

Submit the following form and a .jpg with YOUR artwork and the artwork that inspired your piece. Send to kelsey@columbiaartleague.org

Virtual Gallery will be available on Monday, April 27th.

The show will be on view through May 2020.
