Bio:

I use reed, cane and natural elements to build originals, creating only one unique piece. The final finishing preserves the integrity of the piece and transforms it into an heirloom.  
Canary Pie Slice was created upon a base of Canary wood from South America and woven with two graduated sizes of fine cane in a diamond motif.  A bumper rim of smoked round reed is lashed with fine cane in a caught blanket stitch; finished with shellac.
