Barbara C. Phillips is a visual artist whose work blends fine art photography and mixed media to create contemplative art for quiet spaces.

Drawing on a lifelong appreciation for light, atmosphere, and layered imagery, her work explores stillness, memory, and the beauty found in slowing down.
