Bio

Phil Peters is a painter.  He paints primarily with oil on canvas and cradled board.  Phil's  work is representational (usually figures or landscapes) but often has a pinch of abstraction or looseness. He has won multiple local awards and has a studio at the Orr Street Studios.  Phil is a longtime CAL member and a former MU law professor.
