Feel the deep blue sea

I graduated with a BA in Art from Otterbein College (1960). After teaching for a few years in the public schools, I went on to receive my masters and doctoral degrees at Pennsylvania State University majoring in art education, with studio areas in painting and printmaking and a minor in aesthetics. I taught at Indiana University and two summers teaching in Nepal in the USAID Teach Corps.
In 1973 I accepted a dual professorship in the Department of Arts and the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Missouri. I retired in 2003. I exhibited my work in local, state, national, and international venues. I have work in both private and permanent collections. Recently I have exhibited my work in the Melissa Williams’ Gallery, the Sager Reeves Gallery, at Orr Street Studios, and the Columbia Art League. Currently I have a solo exhibit titled, The World as I see It, at the Montminy Gallery.
