K. J. Johnson is a retired Engineer and part-time artist. Originally from Michigan, he landed in Columbia in 2009 and made a home there. Other than Art, he spends his days working on motorcycles and cars, as well as a few horticultural projects. He hopes the patron who purchases this piece will appreciate that it was done from a photo taken at the Botanical Gardens in St. Louis.
