Reworking Old Artwork Using Organza (2 WEEK)- Saturdays, March 28 & April 4 from 1-3PM
Saturdays, March 28th & April 4th from 1:00-3:00PM
Do you have art work around that just doesn’t sing to you. Adding a layer of silk organza painted with watercolor adds just enough interest and mystery to solve that problem.
During this 2 week workshop, you will learn a quick and easy way to paint the organza and how to apply it to your painting. Breathe new life into your old works in a fun unexpected way!
We will use several types of glues as well as double sided iron-on adhesive and they will be supplied in limited quantities. If you have glues that dry clear and fairly quickly, please bring them.
This workshop is taught by Pam Gainor & held in the CAL classroom at 207 South Ninth St.
Supply List
You will need several small paintings that are not satisfying to you.
They can be encaustic, oil, watercolor or acrylic. They must be dry.
