Drawing Objects w/ Value & Hue (6 WEEK)
Wednesdays 6:00-8:00pm November 5th-December 17th (no class November 26)
This six-week drawing course is designed to take students from foundational graphite drawing to beginning colored pencil techniques, with a focus on understanding & creating value. A scaffolded approach builds confidence by mastering black & white values before introducing color. The class will progress from drawing with graphite to using colored pencils & will culminate in a final still-life drawing.
Some communal supplies will be available.
This class is taught by Kali Gibbs & held in the CAL classroom at 207 South Ninth St.
